2.1 Order Amendments
Once an order has been placed, we’re unfortunately unable to add or remove items. If you wish to make changes, the best way is to cancel the order (if possible) and place a new one.
2.2 Cancellations & Returns
If you no longer wish to receive your order, we can cancel it on your behalf — provided it hasn’t yet been prepared for dispatch and does not include personalised items.
You have the right to cancel your order (except for personalised products) within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us of your decision.
Once we’ve received the returned items in good order, we’ll refund the full purchase amount excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Please return items with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

2.3 Delivery
Please check your order carefully upon arrival. If there’s an issue, contact us straight away. Unless we’re notified immediately, the order will be considered accepted.
2.4 Product Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. All Nord Bound Classic items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
If your product develops a fault within this period, contact us with your proof of purchase and a photo of the issue. We may also request the item be returned to us (at our expense).
We’re happy to ship worldwide, but due to fluctuating international postage costs, we can’t always keep shipping rates up to date for countries outside the European Union.
